Upgrade the following docs dependencies:

• axios 1.15.2 -> 1.18.0 (chore(deps-dev): bump axios from 1.15.2 to 1.18.0 in /docs #1980)
• js-yaml 4.1.1 -> 4.2.0 (chore(deps-dev): bump js-yaml from 4.2.0 to 5.0.0 in /docs #1979) -- direct dependency
• tar 7.5.11 -> 7.5.16 (chore(deps-dev): bump tar from 7.5.11 to 7.5.16 in /docs #1978)
• form-data 4.0.5 -> 4.0.6 (chore(deps-dev): bump form-data from 4.0.5 to 4.0.6 in /docs #1977)
• liquidjs 10.25.7 -> 10.27.0 (chore(deps-dev): bump liquidjs from 10.25.7 to 10.27.0 in /docs #1966)

Note, agent-base and https-proxy-agent are new entries (from axios 1.18.0)
